The History of Outstanding Cheese
In the early 1930’s, our Great-Grandfather began manufacturing cheese in Switzerland and imported it to Germany. His cheese quickly became known for its delicious taste and superior quality. As his children migrated to other parts of the world, they carried with them the family tradition: Continuing to produce foods of distinction.
Today, we proudly maintain his legacy. We have been family owned and operated for 4 generations. We are proud to continue a family tradition of manufacturing high quality cheese and providing exceptional customer service. Our cheeses are enjoyed by consumers in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
We also offer conversion services including smoking, cooking, cut and wrap, shredding, cubing, and slicing.
We produce cheese under our own brands, as well as private label cheeses manufactured and packed to our customers’ specifications. In addition, we offer customized cheeses that are used as functional ingredients by other manufacturers. Our products are unique and satisfying to the most discriminating consumer.
Some of our specialties include high quality gourmet oven-smoked cheeses, melt-controlled process cheeses, kosher, organic, and halal certified cheeses. We smoke our cheese the old-fashioned way by Oven-smoking over various types of wood. Our melt-controlled cheeses are used as ingredients by bakeries, pizzerias, and meat and fish product manufacturers.
